We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. If you're not satisfied, you can request a return—no questions asked.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible, items must be:
- original condition (unused, unwashed, undamaged)
- original packaging with any tags or inserts included
- proof of purchase (e.g., email confirmation or receipt)
Please note: Items returned without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
Contact us immediately at info@nordicshower.com with photos so we can make it right—either with a replacement or full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Personal care items (e.g., opened filters, sponges, or hygiene-related accessories)
- Custom or personalized orders
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items

Need a different item? The fastest way is to:

- Place a new order for the item you want once your return is approved
EU & UK 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you’re located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery—for any reason, even if you simply changed your mind.
The same return conditions apply: item must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
- Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process the refund
